Synopsis event:
DSAI given 3 types of defence : Sworn confession from witness chair, Confession (w/o Sworn in) from defendent chair or to keep quiet.

DSAI choose the middle : to give confession on the defendent chair- so do not have to be afraid labelled as coward or take the wrath of god later.
The best thing he only need to give statement without any need to answer questions from the opponent lawyers.
As dedicated story teller, DSAI give the whole satement based on 3 objectives: To establish or to popularise that
1. He was being framed by a group of conspirator from the government which aim to demoralised and humilated him since 1998. What the heck, this is a new case. Not about his previous sodomy trial. This one is about his act after went out of jail with new "anak ikan".
2. He was not properly treated by the court with many evidence  and witness were tainted including the judge. Of couse in most trial, you will not get the judge that will like you.If Saddam Hussein get a judge who like him, he will be a free man now and not a corpse. Evidence and witness are based on police findings which only the court decided to be accurate. But being a smart man, he knows in this trial he cant manipulate anymore as too many evidence and witness. He need more than financial support from JEWISH bankers and a group of tongue-twisted lawyer before this can be unproven. Actually, his aim is to delayed again the trial for his own sake.
3. His enemies from all over Malaysia like Tun M, Pak Lah, Dato Najib etc were so keen to kill his political dreams as he is the most beloved man in Malaysia. He used Quran verses, malay idioms etc to describe as if he was the chosen one or the AVATAR that has to face the devils in form of leaders elected by the majority. For what it may seems, this man has a MAJOR GRANDIOSITY that effected and clouded his mind. What person with right mind felt he was chased by shadows of proficient leaders. Carzy people maybe.


DSAI has the opportunity to defend himself by giving facts on the incident, what he was doing on the day, any alibi etc. but he choose to beat around the bushes so as to make people wonder. A man of cunning indeed.

DSAI refused for any QnA session which was weird considering SaiBuk had to endure with courage the roar of Mr KarSingh and the other hyenas.

DSAI spend more than 2 hours with 23 pages of well plan draft filled with all the things needed to make a best seller. There are conspirasies of Rich group of people which had nothing else to do but using scheme to deny the well characterised hero from achieving his destiny by using the allure of sex from a beautiful (in this case-handsome) young woman..oppss...man. The ending is fully understand. The good guys always win. But who is the good guy in this drama, the old hero or the hapless young accuser. to be continued-PEACE NO WAR

JAIS

My view on this issue is simple. As a Muslim, we need the protection from subversive act by other religion that used money and peer pressure. As the most populated religion in the world, christianity has more advantages compare to Muslim community. Although the Arabs (which had the Muslim majority) are the biggest oil-producing area in the world, they are still being control by the west. OPEC, a useless organization actually created to maintain the richness and the power of the so-called muslim that lead a blessed region. The money from the oil source are being used to gain more weapon supply from the west that finally caused tension in the region. Sadly, the power players were so arrogant that they put the religion behind and focus more toward satisfying the Western country. The Muslim world under OIC was a disgrace when they dont play any role during the desert strom 1 and 2 that finally lead to the fall of Iraq and Afghanistan. Shameful to see the leaders feel so glad shaking hands with the person who signed the bill of war that killed thousands of innocent people in both countries.
But we are not going to touch about this. The main newspaper headlines nowadays is the action of JAIS going"ape" on a so-called interfaith gathering in one of the church in Selangor. The reason of the raid is to know whether it is true that Muslims are involved in this activity or not. If it yes, is is the role of JAIS to know why and try to keep their faith in ISlam before they turn to another religion. According to Bloggers like the Unspinners and Gerakan anti pkr, the raid was done in a proper manner involving cooperation and well organized steps to prevent any wrongdoing by the JAIS officers and the church staffs. The raid managed to capture 12 Muslims that was proven based on their IC to be Muslim. So, it was true that Muslims were being involved in the spiritual activity of this so called church. Yet, I've read the activities was like comparing the strictness of ISlam compare to moderate Christianity based on the questionnaires and the songs they prepared. According to Malaysia law, its against the constitution for other religion to spread their teaching to Muslim. SO, I personally 100% agreed on JAIS action.-Peace to ALL-
